Payment & Fees

Payment is required in advance of each session.

Details regarding session fees, bundles and optional add-ons are outlined on the Services page and confirmed before counselling begins.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice are fully chargeable.

If Beth needs to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible and no fee will be charged.
